On August 16, the new immigration regulation came into effect, although the procedure for family members of EU citizens has not been directly modified with the expansion of new cases for family ties.
First and foremost, you should know that the residence for family members of EU citizens is a right that can be claimed by relatives of a citizen from another country that is a member of the European Union (EU) or another country signatory to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, who have not acquired the nationality of any of those countries.
